No is a complete and full sentence.
This should always be understood and fully respected.
You do not owe anyone anything.
An intoxicated unconscious person cannot give consent.
Consent must and always needs to be clear.
Consent is more than not hearing the word “yes" or "no”.
Someone saying nothing, is not the same as saying “yes.”
Especially if that person is intoxicated.

This is a form of sexual abuse.
Voyeurism, the practice of gaining sexual pleasure from watching others when they are naked or engaged in sexual activity
without their knowledge.
Secretly recording someone without their consent is a form of sexual abuse.
